Our Website Leasing Model provides clients with the use of a website (“Website”) which we develop, manage, and maintain. The Service includes website design, server hosting, maintenance, technical support, regular updates, and a complete site redesign every two years, ensuring the website remains current with technological advancements and design trends.

3. Account Registration

a. Account Creation: Clients are required to register for an account to access specific features of the Service. Accurate and complete information must be provided during the registration process.

b. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under their account. Immediate notification is required for any unauthorized use of the account.

4. Leasing Fees and Payments

a. Leasing Fees: Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon monthly leasing fee as stipulated at the onset of the Service subscription.

b. Payment Methods: Payments are to be made via credit card, direct debit, or other agreed-upon methods.

c. Renewals and Cancellations: The leasing contract has a minimum duration of 24 months and automatically renews unless canceled by the Client with a 30-day notice prior to the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Content Rights: Content provided by the Client remains the property of the Client. However, we retain exclusive ownership of all rights to website designs, source code, graphics created by us, and any other intellectual property developed during the provision of the Service.

b. Usage License: We grant the Client a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Website for the duration of the leasing period.

6. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide authentic and legal materials for use on the Website.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful activities.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

7. Limitations of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events.
• Data damages or financial losses resulting from the use of the Service.
• Inappropriate or illegal content uploaded by the Client onto the Website.

8. Termination Terms

Clients may terminate the leasing contract at any time with a 30-day notice, subject to the payment of remaining fees due until the end of the agreed contract period.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon their posting on our website. Continued use of the Service by the Client will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Padova.
